BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of fleet vehicles from Philpott Motors
of Nederland, Texas, through the BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program in the
amount of$424,335 as shown below:
