BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
backhoe from Equipment Support Services of Houston, Texas, in the amount of$61,739
through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program
for use by the Water Utilities Department, Sewer Maintenance Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
January, 2009.
