WHEREAS,an agreement has been negotiated forthe acquisition of property in the
Van Wormer Addition as shown below for the Downtown Event Center and Lake Park:
Lots 3 - 5 and 7 - 12, Block 23, Van Wormer Addition (323 M L King Jr. Pky.)
Owner: Christopher Truong
Value: $190,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the above described property be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of
January, 2009.
