BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of an
automated valve operator from E. H. Wachs Company of Lincolnshire, Illinois, in the
amount of$63,394.01 through Buy Board, a cooperative purchasing program, for use by
the Water Utilities Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
January, 2009.
