BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the award of an energy savings performance
contract to Johnson Controls of Houston, Texas, for an assessment of energy savings
measures for various City buildings.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
January, 2009.
