BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of fleet
vehicles from Caldwell Country Chevrolet of Caldwell, Texas, through the Houston-
Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program in the amount of
$126,593 as shown below:
