BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
Pierce pumper truck from Martin Apparatus, Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$494,849 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing
Program for use by the Fire Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
January, 2009.
