BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of
twenty-two(22)patrol vehicles from Philpott Motors in the amount of$575,262 through the
Houston-Galveston Area Council(H-GAC)Cooperative Purchasing Program for use by the
Police Department.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
January, 2009.
