RESOLUTION NO. 09-004
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the purchase of five (5) powered ambulance
stretchers; and,
WHEREAS,Strykerof Portage, Michigan,submitted a bid in the amountof$52,056;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Stryker of
Portage, Michigan, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Stryker in the amount of $52,056 for the purchase of five (5)
powered ambulance stretchers be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
January, 2009.
