BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
fourteen (14) cubic yard dump truck from Santex Truck Center of Houston, Texas, in the
amount of$122,250 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative
Purchasing Program for use by the Streets and Drainage Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16`h day of
December, 2008.
