BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a one-year renewal
contract effective January 1, 2009, in the amount of$61,488,with an additional maximum
of$4,000 for reimbursable expenses,with Carolyn C. Chaney&Associates, Inc., to act as
the City of Beaumont's Washington Assistant.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 91h day of
December, 2008.
