BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the payment of fiscal year 2009 dues to the South
East Texas Regional Planning Commission (SETRPC) in the amount of$42,702.32.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9th day of
December, 2008.
