BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to apply for and receive funding
in the amount of$126,158.37 through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, 2009
Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) program.
