ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 20' ALLEY IN
BLOCK 11, VAN WORMER ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a 20' x 300' alley in Block 11, Van Wormer Addition, City of Beaumont, Jefferson
County, Texas, containing 0.13 acres, more or less , as shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 25th day of
November, 2008.
