WHEREAS, bids were received for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary
to construct a roof on the terminal building at the Beaumont Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, Bruce's General Construction,Beaumont,Texas,submitted a bid in the
amount of$64,400; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bruce's General
Construction, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bruce's General Construction in the amount of$64,400 for all
labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a roof on the terminal building at
the Beaumont Municipal Airport be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Beaumont this the 18`h day November,
2008.
