BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council, pursuant to the Texas Property Tax Code, Section 26.09, hereby
approves the Grand Recap of the tax roll for the tax year 2008 (FY 2009) with a taxable
value of$6,332,199,832.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
November, 2008.
