BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Workforce
Solutions of Southeast Texas to provide the City of Beaumont with temporary workers for
the purpose of cleanup, restoration and humanitarian efforts made necessary as a direct
result of recovery efforts associated with Hurricane Ike.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
November, 2008.
