BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the pledge of the following security by Capital One
Bank as additional collateral for City accounts which will be held at the Federal Reserve
Bank effective September 11, 2008:
