BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement,effective
July 15, 2008 through January 1, 2012, with the State Firemen's and Fire Marshal's
Association to provide for long-term loan of property to the Fire Museum of Texas.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of July,
2008.
