Home My WebLink AboutRES 08 197 RESOLUTION NO. 08-197 WHEREAS, The Catholic Diocese of Beaumont, has agreed to convey a ten-foot (10')wide Water Line Easement for property located at 3390Sarah Street, being out of the J. W. Bullock Survey, as described in Exhibit "A," and shown on Exhibit "B, attached hereto, to the City of Beaumont to provide water services for the new building being constructed at Our Mother of Mercy School located at 3390 Sarah Street; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the easement conveyed by The Catholic Diocese of Beaumont, as described in Exhibit 'A" and shown on Exhibit "B," be and the same is hereby accepted. Bullock Survey, Abstract No. 7 Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas BEING a 0.1084 acre water line easement situated in the J.W. Bullock Survey, Abstract No. 7, Jefferson County, Texas and being out of and part of that certain called 4.325 acre tract of land as described in a "Deed of Gift" from J.E.
