WHEREAS, the claim of Kandy Daniel has been discussed in an Executive Session
properly called and held Tuesday, June 10, 2008; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Kandy Daniel,
in the amount of Twenty-one Thousand Eight-Hundred Forty-Five and 91/100 Dollars
($21,845.91).
This resolution shall become effective upon passage.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of June,
2008.
