BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals are authorized as signatories for any institution the City
Council has previously designated or may designate as a depository for the City of
Beaumont for banking and facsimile purposes effective June 17, 2008:
Kyle Hayes, City Manager
Laura Clark, Chief Financial Officer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the following individuals are authorized to
request electronic fund (wire) or ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit at
Capital One Bank effective June 17, 2008:
Kyle Hayes, City Manager
Laura Clark, Chief Financial Officer
Todd Simoneaux, Controller
Nada Rogers, Deputy Treasurer
Elizabeth Shakour, Budget Analyst
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED THAT effective June 17, 2008, Kandy Daniel will no longer be
a designated signatory for the City of Beaumont and will not have authority to request
electronic fund (wire) or ACH transfers of any and all City funds.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
June, 2008.
