BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount
of$92,186.76 to Jefferson Count for the renewal of an annual maintenance agreement
Y 9
for support of the Motorola 800 MHz radio system.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
June, 2008.
