BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby adopts the guidelines for a first-time homebuyers
Downpayment Assistance Program and allocate funding in the amount of$300,000 from
the Consolidated Block Grant Program. A public hearing was held at 1:30 PM on June 10,
2008 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Beaumont, Texas.
