BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve an historic preservation
loan request for$39,375 to Willard Hall from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund for work
completed to the exterior of the building at 278 Pearl. The work involves repairs to the west
and south walls which includes grouting,caulking of windows and re-plastering. In addition,
a fire escape will be constructed to provide emergency access to the second and third
stories of the building.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of May,
