WHEREAS, bids were solicited for a contract for Asphalt Street Rehabilitation; and,
WHEREAS, LD Construction of Beaumont, submitted a bid in the amount of
$3,873,529.40; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by LD Construction of
Beaumont, in the amount of$3,873,529.40 should be accepted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by LD Construction of Beaumont, in the amount of$3,873,529.40
fora contract forAsphalt Street Rehabilitation should be accepted bythe City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of May,
2008.
