WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase and installation of approximately
2,332 linear feet of chain-link fencing at the Water Production Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Cardinal Fence Co. submitted a bid in the amount of$22,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cardinal Fence
Co. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cardinal Fence Co. for the purchase and installation of
approximately 2,332 linear feet of chain-link fencing in the amount of $22,000.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
