WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of one (1) sewage grinder for use
in the state prison sanitary sewer lift station; and,
WHEREAS, Environmental Improvements submitted a bid in the amount of
$19,879.00 for one (1) sewage grinder; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Environmental
Improvements should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Environmental Improvements in the amount of$19,879.00 for
one (1) sewage grinder for use in the state prison sanitary sewer lift station be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the� .�, day of
