BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest in the amount of $11,925.62 on the property acquired by
Westwood Missionary Baptist Church located at 1010 IH-10 East (North L17 and 18 B70)
be and it is hereby waived pursuant to Section 31.011(a)(2) of the Texas Property Code.
