BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an engineering
services contract in an amount not to exceed $350,186 with Alan Plummer Associates, Inc.
for the Eleventh Street Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Project.
