BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount of
$30,832 to International Business Machine Corporation (IBM) for the purchase of an annual
subscription fee for the AS/400 system software.
