WHEREAS, bids were received for thirteen (13) joy-stick type control mechanisms
for automated refuse trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Heil Company, Fort Payne, Alabama, submitted a bid in the amount of
$16,250 plus freight charges not to exceed $200; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Heil Company,
Fort Payne, Alabama, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Heil Company, Fort Payne, Alabama, for thirteen (13)joy-stick
type control mechanisms for automated refuse trucks in the amount of $16,250 plus freight
charges not to exceed $200 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the T� day
