WHEREAS, the claim of Louis Bryant anf of Precious Bryant, a Minor, has been
discussed in an Executive Session properly called and held Tuesday, April 29, 2008; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Louis Bryant
anf of Precious Bryant, a Minor in the amount of Twelve-Thousand ($12,000) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of May,
2008.
