WHEREAS,construction of the water and sanitary sewer improvements constructed
in the Metropolitan Park Subdivision, Phase III have been completed; and,
WHEREAS, the developers desire to have these improvements accepted and
maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the director of the Public Works and Engineering Department have
determined that said improvements meet city standards and qualify for acceptance for
permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water and sanitary sewer improvements in the Metropolitan Park Subdivision,
Phase III are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the City contingent upon filing of the final plat.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of May,
2008.
