BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves and authorizes the reimbursement of all costs
incurred prior to and in anticipation of the issuance of $30 million in Certificates of
Obligation in 2008 to fund various public works and general improvement projects. The
expenses are to be reimbursed out of the proceeds of the Certificates of Obligation.
