BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one(1)Case 580 Super M Loader
Backhoe for the Parks and Recreation Department from Equipment Support Services, Inc.
of Houston through the Houston-Galveston Area Council(H-GAC)cooperative purchasing
program in the amount of$58,923.60.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of April,
2008.
