WHEREAS, Vidor Realty owns property located at 3240 Lampassas, being PL D5
T 56 3 A Williams; and,
WHEREAS, a litter lien in the amount of$1,985.33, including interest,exists against
the property located at 3240 Lampassas; and,
WHEREAS, Vidor Realty wishes to donate this property to Habitat for Humanity of
Jefferson County to build houses; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the release of the litter lien in the
amount of$1,985.33 against the above described property is in the best interest of the City
of Beaumont and its citizens:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to release the litter lien in the
amount of$1,985.33, including interest, against the above described property.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of April,
2008.
