BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
Beaumont Community Housing Development Organization, Inc. in the amount of$300,000
forthe purchase of three(3)pre-existing scattered-site homes thatwill be retained as lease
property for no more than thirty-six (36) months and sold to eligible low/moderate income
families.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 st day of
April, 2008.
