BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No. 08-018, authorizing the City Manager to terminate the contract with
Millennium Transit for the purchase of transit buses, be revised to reflect termination for
reason of convenience.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 st day of April,
