BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a 2009 International truck in the
amount of $93,185 for the Solid Waste Division and a fourteen (14) cubic yard 2009
International dump truck for Streets and Drainage in the amount of$116,350 fora total cost
of$209,535 from Santex Truck Center in Houston, Texas through the Houston-Galveston
Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
March, 2008.
