BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of one (1) 1,500 gallon per minute
Pierce pumper truck for the Fire Department from Martin Apparatus, Inc. through the
Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) in the amount of$472,707.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
March, 2008.
