BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute the necessary
documents to join with Jefferson County in approving the Final Rebanding Agreement for
the 800 MHz Reconfiguration.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
March, 2008.
