BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept funding in the amount of$95,000 from the Department of State Health
Services (D.S.H.S.) for the Tuberculosis Elimination Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
March, 2008.
