BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase two(2) Dura Patcher
125DJT spray injection patching machines for the Streets and Drainage Division from
Duraco Inc. of Pearl, Mississippi, through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)
in the amount of$51,945.67 each for a total cost of$103,891.34.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
December, 2007.
