BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase twenty-five (25) No
Smoke Diesel Exhaust Removal Systems from Ward Diesel Filter Systems of Elmira, New
York, for the City of Beaumont Fire Department in the amount of$215,750.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
December, 2007.
