BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase twenty-five (25)
patrol vehicles for the Beaumont Police Department from Philpott Motors of Beaumont,
Texas,through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC)in the amount of$24,454.43
each for a total cost of$611,960.75.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of
December, 2007.
