BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary for the Amended CPS-Bioterrorism Preparedness Grant to increase funding
awarded by the Texas Department of State Health Services from $203,352.00 to
$272,810.00 and changing the term from 12 months to 11 months.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of December,
2007.
