BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of two (2) Caterpillar Model 3512C
diesel generators for $415,095 each and a utility paralleling switchgear for$887,469.50,
resulting in a total purchase price of$1,717,659.50, from Mustang Cat of Houston,Texas,
for the Water Treatment Plant through the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB)
BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
December, 2007.
