BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the
amount of $109,000 with Gulf States Protective Coatings, Inc., LaPorte, Texas, for the
West Elevated Water Storage Tank Improvements Project.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
December, 2007.
