BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve a historic preservation
loan from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund in the amount of$50,000 to Leo and Pam
Danna for renovation of the residence at 730 Liberty, Beaumont, Texas. Work to be done
to the exterior of the building includes brick work, sandblasting walls, repairing windows
and waterproofing and painting walls.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 4th day of
December, 2007.
